What is a Folk Thai massage?
Common Thai massage (Nuad Chaleisak) is the most common style of Thai Traditional Massage in Thailand, originating and applied within family households and in the public arena.

Sirius Health provides loose-fitting massage clothing for clients to wear during their Thai massage. Women may wear sports bras.
How early should you come to your appointment?
All Thai massages at Sirius Heath begin with a foot washing, so please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your massage.
How often should you get a Thai massage?
Scheduling a massage once or twice a month will enhance your health and give respite from everyday stress and strain. But if you are involved in sports or recovering from an injury, you will need more frequent treatments.
